Letter Time Fun!

The letter P is the perfect letter for me! We began our week with review of the letter S and introduction of the letter. The children learned the letter song for the week and met Pippa Pig, the letter pal of the week. The kiddos were full of words that began with our letter! I love to see them sounding the words and working with beginning sounds. The children worked on their letter recognition by playing Doodle, building with letter magnets and playing Alphabet Bingo! We had several opportunities to celebrate the letter during centers as we painted pink pigs with pudding, made paper pepperoni pizzas, painted polka dots and had science fun with a popcorn explosion!
