Our divine letter this week was D! The children met Dudley the Duck and learned how to write his letter. We played with the sound this letter makes also. We created a wonderful letter D list and mystery bag. The children washed dirty dishes in the sensory area. We made donuts by drizzling glue onto cutouts. These were a favorite. The children made Dot D's at the easel and played dress-up in dramatic play. The best part of Letter D week was Daddy Donut Day. The children were so proud of their daddies and loved having the special time with them!
